These GTC govern the legal relationship between the customer / organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”) and Damn Delicious GmbH, operator of the restaurant Casi Casa (hereinafter referred to as the “Restaurant”). For simplicity, these GTC always refer to the agreement as the “Contract.”

Subject Matter / Scope of Application

The contract for the rental of tables, areas, and other services comes into effect upon written confirmation by the Restaurant or via the online reservation tool. A reservation made for the same day (short-term reservation) becomes binding at the moment it is accepted by the Restaurant. Contract amendments are binding for the Restaurant only upon (written) reconfirmation. Unilateral changes or additions to the Contract by the Guest are invalid.

Scope of Services

The scope of services under the Contract is determined according to the Guest’s individual reservation (number of persons, time, desired menu, etc.). Unless otherwise agreed, the Guest is not entitled to a specific table. The Guest may use the table allocated by the Restaurant on the day of the reservation from the agreed reservation time.

Prices / Terms of Payment

The Restaurant’s prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT. The Guest must pay for the services used at the prices valid at the time. All published prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. For reservations, the Restaurant may require a credit card guarantee from the Guest.

Cancellation Policy

The Guest must inform the Restaurant of late arrival, a change in the number of persons, or no-show. Without such notice, the Restaurant may reallocate the table after 15 minutes and charge the guest a cancellation fee of CHF 50 per person (per adult). At our Brunch the cancellation fee is CHF 40 per person (per adult).
Table reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. In the case of later cancellations or no-shows, the Restaurant may charge the Guest a cancellation fee via credit card.

Noise Emissions

At concerts/parties, the volume may pose a risk of hearing damage and health hazards. The Restaurant accepts no responsibility for any hearing damage or health hazards.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Restaurant is not liable for its own actions or those of its agents. In particular, the Restaurant and its agents are not liable for physical injury or financial loss caused to visitors by third parties. The Restaurant is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Photos & Videos

The operator may take or have taken photos and videos of the events it organizes and/or conducts, as well as of the visitors (individuals or groups of individuals) present there. The operator may publish photos and videos on its website and Instagram. Any person depicted may request the removal of the photo from the platforms in writing by email (hola@casicasa.ch) to the operator. The operator will endeavor to comply with such requests as soon as possible.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, Swiss law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
