Our Summer Ceviche Menu – sunshine in every bite
There are few dishes that taste like pure summer. Ceviche is one of them.
Cold, fresh, tangy and full of life – it’s a dish that sings of coastal breezes, lazy afternoons and shared plates under the sun. And at CASI CASA, we’ve taken that feeling and turned it into an entire seasonal menu: Ceviche de Verano. Available every evening from 18:00–22:00, all summer long.
This is not your average ceviche line-up. Executive Chef Iván Capo and his team have crafted a playful, deeply authentic collection of flavour stories that travel from the Pacific coast of Ecuador to the Andes, from the jungles of Peru to the lakes of Switzerland – and into your glass and plate in Zurich.
Let’s take a trip:
Ceviche Ecuatoriano
Straight from Fede’s roots: Ecuadorian sea bass, avocado, red onion, coriander, roasted peanuts, chifles (plantain chips) and choclo. A salty, crunchy, creamy explosion that feels like a beach memory you never want to forget.
Ceviche Peruano Alpino
A high-altitude remix of the classic: Swiss pike perch meets mango, chili, onion, sweet potato and Peruvian cancha corn. The blend of Alpine freshness with Peruvian fire is something only CASI CASA could pull off.
Tiradito Alpino
Alpine salmon, silky and rich, sliced sashimi-style and laid over an electrifying maracuja-jalapeño leche de tigre with avocado and red onion. Fruity, fiery, and just a little wild.
Aguachile de Camarón
A Mexican-style ceviche made with Swiss shrimp, cucumber, red onion, coriander and crispy chicory leaves. It’s green, clean, crisp – and just the right level of spicy. The perfect ceviche for a hot night and a cold cocktail.
Ceviche Pachamama Verde (Vegan)
Because flavour doesn’t need fish. This plant-based tribute to the Andean goddess Pachamama features lupins, avocado, peanuts, chifles, coriander and red onion. Earthy, bold and beautifully balanced.
Ceviche Furia Marina
Our oceanic finale: sea bass, shrimp, octopus and pike perch come together in a tropical yellow passion fruit leche de tigre. Complex, luxurious and addictive – it’s a ceviche for those who want it all.
Each dish is served with love, citrus and attitude. They’re best shared – or not. Pair them with a glass of natural white wine, a pisco sour, or a chilled Latin beer, and you’ve got yourself a summer night to remember.
